Abstract: At 11:50 a.m. on March 14, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a painting company, was engaged in renovation work at a residence. After using a Hudson sprayer to spray the roof with bleach, he began descending on a ladder. Employee #1 fell, a fall height of 9.33 feet. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for multiple fractured ribs, punctured lungs, and a head contusion.
