Abstract: On December 28, 2017, an employee was using a ladder to climb to the roof with a set of refrigeration gauges and a vacuum pump in order to evacuate an new refrigeration system. The employee turned off the electric to the unit using the knife switch adjacent the unit and suffered a heart attack after reaching the roof. The employee suffered from hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
