Abstract: At 6:15 p.m. on October 26, 2017, an employee was operating a sit-down rider TCM Pro-G 25 forklift. While in reverse, the employee placed his right hand on the support beam of the overhead guard. The employee crushed his right pinky when it was caught between the support beam and the bumper of a Volvo L350 large wheel loader. The employee was hospitalized in Crozer-Chester Medical Center and had his pinky amputated.
