US Labor Secretary Hilda L. Solis to honor Workers' Memorial Day at
April 26 Action Summit on Worker Safety and Health in Monterey Park, Calif.
Secretary to announce Labor Department education and outreach efforts to keep workers safe

WASHINGTON – Secretary of Labor Hilda L. Solis, in honor of Workers¿ Memorial Day, will kick off the Action Summit on Worker Safety and Health at East Los Angeles College in Monterey Park, Calif. She will announce a new U.S. Department of Labor education and outreach campaign to keep workers safe. The event also will include panel discussions with workers, as well as federal and state labor officials.
