US Department of Labor's OSHA, Builders Association will sign partnership
to protect Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska workers
March 14, 2013, signing ceremony at safety conference

 

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – To protect the safety and health of Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska construction workers, Charles E. Adkins, regional administrator of the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration in Kansas City, and Don Greenwell, president of the Builders Association in Kansas City, will participate in a signing ceremony Thursday, March 14, 2013, to formalize a partnership.

The partnership establishes a collaborative relationship to promote safe and healthful work environments for workers in the construction and general industries who work in Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska. The partnership will also encourage employers to voluntarily improve their safety and health performance, provide methods to assist them in their efforts and recognize employers with exemplary safety and health programs.
