The grantee provided training for emergency first responders to effectively respond to entrapments, engulfment, entanglements and falls in the grain handling industry. Training was designed to be beneficial for fire/rescue and emergency medical personnel, law enforcement and members of on-site first response teams. Training topics will include grain storage and handling safety, exposure to energized unloading equipment, respiratory hazards, and falls. |
