Submit a Partnership Success Story

OSHA is committed to providing outreach and assistance to help employers proactively address safety and health issues in the workplace and to sharing the successes of OSHA Strategic Partnerships (OSPs). We welcome submissions from participating partners that have implemented successful safety and health practices. To submit a Partnership Success Story, please use the template, also available as a DOC and email it to your OSP's OSHA Liaison.
