Directive Number: CPL-02-01-056

This instruction covers any work on a communication tower that involves the use of a hoist to lift personnel to or from their workstations and provides guidance to field enforcement personnel to ensure uniform enforcement of OSHA standards and policies. The directive cancels CPL 02-01-36, March 26, 2002.
