OSHA requires employers to train their employees to enter and work safely in enclosed and confined spaces as well as other hazardous atmospheres. [29 CFR 1915.12(d)]



Training Requirements
  • Employers should retrain employees on confined space annually.
  • Employers should conduct awareness training for those who must work in enclosed spaces.
