Standard Interpretations

 1  2001 - 01/23/2001 - Employers must provide exposed employees access to their medical and exposure records.
 2  1999 - 10/14/1999 - 1910.1020 requirements regarding employee drug testing results.
 3  1998 - 12/22/1998 - OSHA access to personally identifiable medical records (HIV test results).
 4  1983 - 03/01/1983 - Interpretation of "employee exposure record".
 5  1981 - 12/15/1981 - Employee examination of the original x-ray in lieu of providing a copy is permitted.
