1921.2(a)

"Act" means the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act.

1921.2(b)

"Chief Nearing Examiner" means the Chief Nearing Examiner, United States Department of Labor, Washington D.C. 20210.

1921.2(c)

"Respondent" means the person or organization proceeded against.

1921.2(d)

"Assistant Secretary" means the Assistant Secretary for Occupational Safety and Health.
