Region 3 News Release: III-02-09-11-110-DE Date: Wed., Sept. 11, 2002 Contact: Leni Uddyback-Fortson Phone: (215) 861-5102 OSHA Recordkeeping To Be Explained At Small Business Seminar for Area Employers WILMINGTON, De. -- Area business owners with questions about OSHA recordkeeping can get the answers they need at a seminar on Wed., Sept. 18, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. The program will be held at the Delaware Department of Labor, Fox Valley Annex, 4425 North Market Street, Wilmington, De. Attendees will learn how to comply with new safety and health recordkeeping requirements and the recordkeeping exemptions available to certain employers. The seminar will also provide information about compliance assistance programs for small businesses. The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Office of Small Business Programs will sponsor the seminar, together with the Association of Small Business Development Centers (ASBDC) in conjunction with the Delaware Small Business Development Center. The seminar is free.
