Daniel Lykins 115 East Seventh Street Topeka, Kansas 66603 Dear Mr. Lykins: This is to confirm the telephone conversation with Mr. Daly of my staff concerning information you requested on safety devices for auger clean-out doors and attachment plugs. I am sorry we do not have any information on safety devices for auger doors. In addition to the information Mr. Daly supplied over the telephone on attachment plugs, I am enclosing our OSHA Program Directive #100-8 which may be of assistance.
