Abstract:

OSHA has approved the following Vermont State Standards, which have been determined to be identical to the comparable Federal Standards: 29 CFR part 1910, Recordkeeping Requirements for Tests, Inspections, and Maintenance Checks; 29 CFR part 1910, Telecommunications Training Records; 29 CFR part 1926, Construction Industry Test and Inspection Records; Addition of 29 CFR part 1910, Grain Handling Facilities; Amendment to 29 CFR part 1926, Concrete Masonry Construction--Subpart Q: Scope, Application and Definitions Applicable to Subpart; Amendment to 29 CFR 1926.7804, Requirements for Precast Concrete; Addition to 29 CFR 1926.550, Cranes or Derrick Suspended Personnel Platforms; 29 CFR 1926. 800, Underground Construction, Caisson, Cofferdams and Compressed AIR-- Subpart S; 29 CFR 1910.66, Powered Platforms for Building Maintenance; 29 CFR 1910.150, Control of Hazardous Energy Source (Lockout/Tagout); and Amendment to 29 CFR 1926, Concrete and Masonry Construction Safety Standards, Lift-Slab Construction Operations. Decision is effective April 14, 1992.
