OSHA has approved the following Nevada State Standards, which have been determined to be identical to the comparable Federal standards:29 CFR 1910.145, Accident Prevention Tags; 1910 and 1915, Recordkeeping Requirements for Tests, Inspections, and Maintenance Checks; 1910.1047, Ethylene Oxide; 1910.1200, Hazard Communications: Definition of Trade Secrets and Disclosure of Trade Secrets to Employees, Designated Representatives and Nurses. Decision effective 4/14/92.
