Abstract:

OSHA has approved the following Wyoming State Standards, which have been found to be substantially identical to the comparable Federal Standards: 29 CFR 1910.66, Powered Platforms for Building Maintenance; 1910.1000, Air Contaminants; 29 CFR parts 1910, 1915, 1917 and 1918, Occupational Exposure to Lead; 1910.120, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response; 1910.147, The Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/ Tagout). OSHA reserves the right to reconsider this approval should substantial objections be submitted to the Assistant Secretary.
