Abstract:

The OSHA Student Data Form (OSHA 182), and the OSHA Training Institute Course Evaluation Form OSHA-49, are undergoing review by the Office of Management and Budget, as required. The OSHA-49 form will be used to collect evaluation feedback information from students attending courses conducted by the OSHA Training Institue.
