Abstract:

OSHA is extending the administrative stay of paragraphs (m)(1)(i) through (m)(4)(ii) of the final rule on Occupational Exposure to Formaldehyde until March 11, 1991. The stay had previously been extended until 12/11/90. OSHA is completing its re-evaluation of the need to stay these paragraphs, and more time is needed to complete the evaluation.
