Abstract:

OSHA has approved Wyoming State standards which were submitted in response to the following Federal OSHA Construction Standards: 29 CFR 1926.650, .651, .652; Excavations 54 FR 53055, 12-27-89;Concrete and Masonry Construction Safety Standards, 53 FR 22612, 6-16-88; 29 CFR 1926.800, Underground Construction, 54 FR 23824, 6-02-89. The State standards have been found to be at least as effective as the comparable Federal standards. The decision is effective 10/5/90.
