Abstract:

OSHA has approved the following Maryland State standards which are identical to Federal standards: 29 CFR 1910.251, pertaining to an amendment to the Standard on Welding, Cutting and Brazing for General Industry (55 FR 13696); and 29 CFR 1910.120 and appendices A-D, pertaining to amendments to the Hazardous Waste Operation and emergency Response Standard for General Industry (55 FR 14037). Decision is effective 10/5/90.
