Abstract:
OSHA has approved Nevada State standards which are identical to federal standards covering the following: 29 CFR 1910.1025, Exposure to Lead; 1910.147, Control of Hazardous Energy Sources (Lockout/Tagout); 1926, Subpart P, Excavations; and 1910.1450, Exposure to Hazardous Chemicals in Laboratories. Decision is effective 8/9/90. |
