OSHA has approved Maryland State standards which are identical to 29 CFR 1910.1000, subpart Z, Table Z-1-A pertaining to an amendment to the Air Contaminants Standards for General Industry, and pertaining to Control of Hazardous Energy Source (Lockout/Tagout). Decision effective 6/12/90. |
