Abstract:

This notice includes a cumulative list of course approvals and State accreditation programs that EPA has approved as meeting requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act(TSCA) and Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act. Also included is the most current list of laboratories accredited under TSCA to conduct bulk analysis of asbestos-containing materials. Laboratories which had previously received interim accreditation from EPA are no longer listed because EPA interim approval for laboratories ended 10/30/89. Contact: Michael Stahl, (202)382-3790.
