Abstract:

EPA is amending regulations for hazardous waste management under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act by listing as hazardous four wastes generated during the production of 1,1-dimethylhydrazine (UDMH) from carboxylic acid hydrazides. The wastes will be subject to regulation under 40 CFR parts 262-266, and parts 270, 271 and 124. For information call (202) 382-3000.
