Abstract:

OSHA has approved the following Nevada State standards revisions which are identical to the Federal standards: 29 CFR 1910.217, Presence Sensing Device Initiation for Mechanical Power Presses;1910.7, Safety Testing or Certification of Certain Workplace Equipment and Materials; 1910.66, Powered Platforms for Building Maintenance; and 1926.800, Underground Construction. Decision is effective March 13, 1990.
