Abstract:

Maryland submitted State standards identical to 29 CFR 1910.211 and 1910.217, General Industry Standard for Mechanical Power Presses;1926. 800, Underground Construction; 1910.66, General Industry Standard for Powered Platforms for Building Maintenance; and 1910.1048, Occupational Exposure to Formaldehyde. It has been determined that the State standards are identical to the Federal standards and accordingly, are approved. The decision is effective 2/27/90.
