Abstract:

In carrying out its responsibilities under the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Department of Labor is extending the period for public comments on the reporting and recordkeeping requirements contained in the Acrylonitrile Standard. The standard requires employers to establish and maintain a respiratory and training program, including exposure monitoring and medical surveillance records. Comments are requested "at the earliest possible date".
