Abstract:

EPA is issuing this final rule that expands the regulations to
require compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards for
testing conducted in the field and for such disciplines of testing
as ecological effects, chemical fate, residue chemistry, and product
performance. EPA is amending these regulations to ensure the quality
and integrity of all data submitted to EPA in conjunction with
pesticide product registration, or other marketing and research
permits.
