Abstract:

Notice of the application of Union Carbide Corp. for a temporary
variance and an interim order from the standard prescribed in 1926.
550(g)(3)(ii)(c) concerning the installation of anti-two-blocking
devices on cranes used to hoist personnel platforms. Interim order
was granted effective October 28, 1988 and remains in effect until
December 31, 1988 or until a decision is rendered on the application
for variance.
