Approval of Wyoming (WY) State standards, Region VIII, pertaining to
Cranes and Derricks [1926.550], Material Hoists, Personnel Hoists,
and Elevators [1926.552], and Underground Transportation of
Explosives [1926.903]. The State Standards are substantially
identical to the Federal standards and accordingly are approved.
