Approval of Wyoming (WY) State standards, Region VIII, pertaining to
Construction Standards [1926.58] Occupational Exposure to Asbestos,
Tremolite, Anthophyllite, and Actinolite; Corrections and

are substantially identical to the Federal standards, and are
accordingly approved. Effective date: June 3, 1988.
