• Abstract: Approval of Virginia (VA) State standards, Region III, pertaining to amendments to the Asbestos Standard for General Industry (1910.1001); amendments to the Asbestos Standard for Construction (1926.58); corrections to the Cotton Dust Standard (1910.1043);amendments and corrections to the Ethylene Oxide Standard (1910.1047); and amendments and revisions to the Electrical Standards for Construction (1926, Subpart K). The State standards are identical to the comparable Federal standards. This decision is effective May 5, 1987.
