Existing recordkeeping requirements will be minimized by allowing the employer to certify that regulatory requirements have been met. Revises 1926.550(b)(2), Cranes and Derricks;1926.552(c)(15), Material Hoists, Personnel Hoists and Elevators;1926.903(e), Underground Transportation of Explosive. Written comments, objections, and requests for a hearing must be postmarked by March 4, 1986.
