• Abstract: Application by Midwest Sterilization Corporation for a temporary variance and interim order from the engineering controls implementation requirement of the standard for occupational exposure to ethylene oxide (1910.1047(m)(2) (ii)). Interim order is granted until a decision is made on the application for a variance. Effective date of the interim order is October 4, 1985. The interim order shall remain until February 21, 1986 or until a decision is rendered on the application for variance, which ever comes first. The last date to comment is November 4, 1985.
