• Abstract: Portions of the standard are deleted to conform the standard to decision of the Third Circuit Court. Language deleted from the following provisions: 1910.1029(f)(1)(b), (f)(1) (ii)(b), (f)(1)(iii)(b) , and (f)(6)(iii). Requirement for quantitative fit testing of certain respirators on the lack of record support for the requirement in the coke oven emissions proceeding is vacated. The deletions are effective on September 11, 1985.
