Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: a) Employees working in #2 control room area at the top switching valve level of (east side) regenerator 401 A were exposed to tripping and falling hazards due to four sections of grating being severely rusted through. One feasible and method of abatement is to replace the grating.
