29 CFR 1926.1431(m)(2): The pre-lift meeting was not attended by the equipment operator, signal person (if used for the lift), employees to be hoisted, and the person responsible for the task to be performed. On or about 3/21/2019 at rear of the buildings located at 1210 Rockbridge Road, Norcross, GA: Employer did not ensure that employees being hoisted in a personnel basket attended the pre-lift meeting with the crane operator and competent person responsible for the communications tower work exposing employees to fall and struck-by hazards.
