OSHA Announces 2008 Graduate Nurse Internship Program

Dear NIOSH Education & Resource Center Director:

We are pleased to notify you that the Office of Occupational Health Nursing (OOHN) is now accepting applications for the 2008 Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) Graduate Nurse Internship.

As in previous years, the intern application process begins with you, the faculty member. This program is available to students who are pursuing a graduate degree in occupational health or related fields. Complete application guidelines can be found on the OOHN home page. Feel free to discuss the application process with Robert Nester, PhD in the Office of Occupational Health Nursing (202)693-2548.

We encourage your support for students who want to apply to the OSHA Graduate Nurse Internship as part of their professional advancement. We have enclosed materials that you may distribute to interested candidates.

We look forward to again having high quality candidates that have been the hallmark of this program and thank you for your continuing support and collaboration.

Sincerely,

Ruth McCully
Director
Directorate of Science, Technology, and Medicine
