    • Minimize the risk of collapse of lightweight steel joists by:
      • Specifying erection bridging and methods of attachment
      • Requiring erection bridging to be anchored to terminus point
      • Specifying method of placing loads on steel joists

    The upper photograph is diagonal bridging that is bolted to a steel joist or joists. The lower photograph is steel joist bridging connected to a bridging terminus point.
