    Training/Development Opportunity – what better way to receive training than to get it directly from the source….OSHA. You receive training initially coming into the program and can continue to receive training thereafter. How you ask? Once you participate in your 1st onsite evaluation, you can begin to take courses at the OTI for FREE…yes for FREE. The cost is waived for active SGEs. Visit the SGE webpage for additional information.

    “Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery” – SGE get to see how other industries do things and can repeat the same processes at their facility…..remember R&D – ripoff and duplicate.
