    Title: Mobility Teams Assist with:
    Contents:
    • Patient repositions (2 hour turns)
    • Vertical and Lateral (Bed to Stretcher, Bed to Chair)
    • Patient Falls
    • Demand lifts
    • Staff training on safe patient handling techniques

    Teams circulate every 2 hours throughout the units to perform these patient handling tasks. The teams utilize lift equipment and reducing devices.

    Teams operate 7am-11pm Monday-Friday and 7am-5pm Saturday. The Teams are performing the following the following/month:
    36,178 repositions; 4,931 transfers; 1631 assists.
