    • Requires use of body belt or harness and lanyard
    • Worker must stand on floor of basket
    • Never exceed load capacity
    • Do not move lift truck with workers in basket unless adequately designed (upper controls – personnel carriers)
    • Brakes set for outrigger use (wheels chocked)
