  • September 19-26, 2008: National Safety Council 2008 Congress and Exposition, Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim, California.
    • September 24, 2008: Lee Anne Jillings, Deputy Director, Directorate of Cooperative and State Programs, USDOL-OSHA; Ron Pilla, Vice President of Operations, Valcourt Building Services, Safety Chairperson, SWR Institute; and Rob Matuga, Assistant Staff Vice President, Labor, Safety & Health Department, National Association of Home Builders; presented a technical session entitled "Safety and Health Resources - Tools for the Construction Industry."
  • May 4-10, 2008: 2008 North American Occupational Safety and Health (NAOSH) Week. The Sealant Waterproofing and Restoration Institute and a number of other Alliance Program participants supported 2008 NAOSH Week, "Safety is Good Business." Sponsored annually by American Society of Safety Engineers and the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering, the Week focuses on the importance of preventing injuries and illnesses in the workplace.
  • October 14-16, 2007: SWR Institute Fall 2007 Technical Meeting, San Diego, California.
