The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), EAP Lifestyle Management, LLC., American Society of Safety Engineers Pensacola Chapter, Inc., Sacred Heart Health System, Inc., Employee Assistance Professional Association Big Bend Chapter, Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor, University of South Florida Consultation Program and the Northwest Florida Association Of Occupational Health Nurses, Inc., recognize the value of establishing a collaborative relationship to foster safer and more healthful American workplaces. OSHA, EAP Lifestyle Management, LLC., American Society of Safety Engineers Pensacola Chapter, Inc., Sacred Heart Health System, Inc., University of South Florida Consultation Program, Employee Assistance Professional Association Big Bend Chapter, Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor, and the Northwest Florida Association Of Occupational Health Nurses, Inc., hereby form an Alliance to provide workers from all industries with information, guidance, and access to training resources that will help them to protect employees' health and safety, particularly in reducing and preventing exposure to workplace violence issues. In developing this Alliance, OSHA, EAP Lifestyle Management, LLC., American Society of Safety Engineers Pensacola Chapter, Inc., Sacred Heart Health System, Inc., University of South Florida Consultation Program, Employee Assistance Professional Association Big Bend Chapter, Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor, and the Northwest Florida Association Of Occupational Health Nurses, Inc., recognize that OSHA's State Plan and the Onsite Consultation project partners are an integral part of the OSHA national effort. OSHA, the American Society of Safety Engineers Pensacola Chapter, Inc., Sacred Heart Health System, Inc., Employee Assistance Professional Association Big Bend Chapter, Northwest Florida Association Of Occupational Health Nurses, Inc., Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor, University of South Florida Consultation Program, and EAP Lifestyle Management, LLC, will work together to achieve the following training and education goals:
This agreement will remain in effect for two years from the date of signing and will be automatically renewed annually. This agreement may be modified at any time with the concurrence of all signatories, and may be terminated for any reason within 30 days by a participant providing written notice to all other signatories and their organizations that are represented by any signatory.
