AMERICAN SOCIETY OF SAFETY ENGINEERS- MOBILE CHAPTER
MOBILE UNITED
AND
MOBILE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS

FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PROMOTING STUDENT AWARENESS
OF
OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH

Safe State joins OSHA, ASSE-Mobile Chapter, Mobile United, and the Mobile County Public Schools in recognizing the value of establishing a collaborative relationship to foster safer and more healthful American workplaces. Safe State therefore agrees to join the OSHA, ASSE-Mobile Chapter, Mobile United, and the Mobile County Public Schools Alliance to use their collective expertise to help foster a culture of injury and illness prevention while sharing best practices and technical knowledge, especially in addressing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), workplace violence, bloodborne pathogens, falls, chemical exposure, machine guarding, electrical, and material handling hazards to protect youth workers.

Safe State agrees to all of the provisions of the original Alliance signed on March 16, 2004.
