The Alabama Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as ALDOT) join OSHA, ARBA, AlabamaAGC, and Safe State in recognizing the value of establishing a collaborative relationship to foster safer construction work sites in the state of Alabama. ALDOT therefore agree to join the OSHA, ARBA, AlabamaAGC, and Safe State Alliance to use their collective expertise to help foster a culture of injury and illness prevention while sharing best practices and technical knowledge, especially in the area of work zone safety and “Struck By” hazards. ALDOT agree to all of the provisions of the original Alliance signed on April 16, 2003.
