  1. Alliance Background:

    Date Signed

    January 19, 2004 and the agreement was renewed on March 9, 2006.

    Overview

    The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) agreed to establish an Alliance to promote safe and healthful working conditions for employees in the construction industry, particularly hard-to-reach and youth workers.
     
  2. Implementation Team and Contributors:

    OSHA and ABC conducted two meetings by both teleconferencing and formal personal meetings. These meetings were conducted on – March 20, 2007; and January 11, 2008.
