I. Alliance Background
Overview
Signed for two-years, Sept. 22, 2004-Sept. 22, 2006. Provide PCIAA members, as well as small
business community with information, guidance, and access to training resources that will address
machine, electrical, and fall hazards, and safety and health management systems to small business.
Due to organizational changes at PCIAA, shortly after the agreement was signed, Alliance
implementation was delayed until October 2005.

Over 80% of evaluations indicated that information presented in Jan ’06 Seminar was of practical use
