Provide PCI members, as well as the small business community with information, guidance, and access to training resources (Safety at Work Seminars) that will address machine, electrical, and fall hazards and safety and health management systems for small businesses.

II. Implementation Team Meetings
Note: Due to organizational changes at PCI shortly after the agreement was signed, the Alliance implementation was delayed until recently. Beginning with a conference call meeting on Oct. 14, the Implementation Team has put together a revised plan for the Alliance that includes a ½ day safety seminar to be given for PCI members in the Harrisburg, PA area in late Winter or early Spring of ’06. On Oct. 20th, Team members discussed and organized the content of the presentation around the following PowerPoints: Why Safety is Important to Your Bottom Line, Elements of a Safety and Health Program, Integrating Safety into Your Business Plan, and Sources of Information and Help. The next planning meeting is scheduled
for November 3, 2005.
