The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the NJDOLWD On-Site Consultation Program, the Voluntary Protection Program Participants Association (VPPPA) and the Chemistry Council of New Jersey (CCNJ) hereby renew the Alliance agreement signed on February 10, 2005 and renewed on February 22, 2007. OSHA, the NJDOLWD, the VPPPA and the CCNJ recognize the value of establishing a collaborative relationship to foster safer and more healthful American workplaces. In renewing this Alliance, all signatories recognize that OSHA’s State Plan and Consultation Project partners are an integral part of the OSHA national effort. OSHA Alliances provide parties an opportunity to participate in a voluntary cooperative relationship with OSHA for purposes such as training and education, outreach and communication and promoting a national dialogue on workplace safety and health. These Alliances have proved to be valuable tools for both OSHA and its Alliance participants. By entering into an Alliance with a party, OSHA is not endorsing any of that Party’s products or services; nor does the Agency enter into an Alliance with the purpose of promoting a particular party’s products or services. In addition, the implementation team will continue to meet on a regular schedule to track and share information on activities and results in achieving the goals of the Alliance. OSHA will afford the opportunity for representatives of the state Consultation Projects to participate as well. This agreement will remain in effect for two years from the date of signing and will automatically be renewed annually thereafter. This agreement may be modified at any time with the concurrence of all the signatories and may be terminated within 30 days of written notice from any signatory. Signed this 22nd day of February, 2007 Occupational Safety and Health Administration
